Default $7,000 Ultra

One of my friends bought this 2004 Ultra on Saturday for $7,000, the bike has 10,000 miles on it and has never been modified in any way other than a set of slip on pipes.

Nice motorcycle for the money in my opinion.

I'd say that a good deal but what do I know.

Very nice looking scooter.

Like that two tone blue.
Or is that silver?

Whatever, I like it.

Teal and Silver with Grey pin striping....Not my choice of colors, but WTF do I know? I paint everything black!

It does look good but my '07 is black and I have always liked black.

When clean, you can't beat it.

IMO.

Not trying to start a color debate.

The old saying, "even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then". Not me, I'm still looking. Nice find!!

He didn't buy it - he saved it! 10k miles in 12 years?? Poor thing deserves an owner that will ride it. Looks great - nice deal.

Definitely below market value, but......

From the sellers perspective, he was likely thinking:

1. Whose gonna buy a bike well over ten years old?
2. The engine is three generations old.
3. The trans is only a five speed.
4. The new Ultra's are liquid cooled, mines not.
5. He clearly never rode it.
6. It's probablly due for service

He probablly thought he was lucky to upload the thing.
The buyer got a killer deal.
Win/win in my book.
