I'm assuming you mean a 103 advertised to fit a '08 Dyna? If so 99% sure it should fit your bike.

Yeah it will work, but do not look for too much torque or horse power over your 96 unless you play with your Heads, compression ratio, and cams. So for the fun of it here is a link that will keep you awake at night, I kid you not! Now this is a couple of years old, but it will still put led in the old pencil

Bumping a 96 to 103 alone is a waste of money.
Save your cash and do a real worth while upgrade.

If you're gonna go for a larger displacement engine, I'd look into spending a little more money on an S&S or similar. But yeah, I think it'll fit.

He obviously would need to download a tune if he changed to 103.... So stage 1 103 vs stage 1 96....no brainer. If it's someone's take offs and the price is right it's a cheap upgrade...7 cubic inches is the same as 103 to 110 or to 117 it all comes down to how much you want to spend.

How much would a "real upgrade" cost compared to just using someone's used take offs? What is a real upgrade, a 124? Yeah, save your money and do that ;-)

Really? He's gotta ask if a kit will fit. I'm pretty sure he doesn't know what a tune is let alone the meaning of a download tune for a changed displacement.
