Default I need speakers for my Road King

Helmet speakers and ear buds suck, so I need to get some speakers to mount on the handlebar.........any recommendations? Any pics? I know there are many to chose from but I'm looking to spend $200.00 tops for a speaker system

In my Drag Specialties all they have that are bar mounted in the 2009 catalog (last years, I know) are MH Insrutments. I have no personal experience with these. Kuryakyn makes some as well. http://www.mhinstruments.com/

Try Uniq Cycle Sounds. I have the Classic System on my Road King, mounted on the engine guard. Amp mounts under the seat. I think they're $290 for the whole kit, amps, speakers, wiring harness, volume control. I love mine, and can hear them just fine at hiway speeds.

I had the Uniq as well. Mine had a lot of "buzz" even with the included noise filter. Get a better filter from a car stereo place or Crutchfield.

Default speakers

I had a set of rumble roads on my Heritage. Worked fine, They are amped inside of a spot light case. I used them with a garmin zumo with xm and had pretty good volume up to about 70 mph. They are quite waterproof as I rode through 17 days of rain with no problems. Unfortunately, I don't have them anymore, gave up the xm, too expensive. Hope this helps.
