R U getting bored with your Harley ?
Sacrilege to some i know , but the more i ride , the less i like the other harley owners on the road .. which is beginning to rub on my own riding .... people r alot more friendlier when i am on my Ducati or Aprilia , most harley owners round my way r too bad *** to nod to a fellow rider .

I am not getting bored with my Harley but rather bored with the places I have been riding to. I have been up and down every road within fifty miles of home more than once. So now when I want to go for a short ride I really don't know where to go. I haven't really just taken a day and gone on a trip somewhere so I guess maybe that's my next step. I still go ride but it's always better going somewhere I haven't been a hundred times before.

As far as the post above....yeah I hear you. I've been down the local roads a lot myself. I find if I give myself a destination, like a cafe or something, it adds to the pleasure of the trip.

Really? Are you serious?! Um, No! While myself and the wife did get tired(sore) of taking long rides on our Sporty together we never did get bored with it. I still miss it, but that's another story. I still haven't put my FLHTC up for the winter yet, and tomorrow the wife and I are going to ride our dirt bikes. Maybe riding is more of a spiritual thing, a way of life, for some than it is for others.
