Please show your custom paint jobs for all models, tell us where you got it done, how much you paid(if you don't mind), and your opinion as to the quality of the work (positive or negative). A number of threads are about custom paint, what do get, where to do it, and so. Posting pics and answering the Q's might help people who are leaning towards getting a custom paint job. Any opinions about custom paint will be welcomed.

 

This is a good thread as I am thinking of a paint job.

A lot of guys who came up with their own paint scheme etc may not be willing to post in fear of another "copying" his work. It would be easy to print a page out and say I want that exact paint job.

Wifes "Dream Catcher" bike 3D graphics, Willow, Mich. Wife likes the work, but I wish I had taken it elsewhere. Won't recommend them.

 

That looks good from here and for only 2K that seems like a very good deal.

 

The pictures are close but as with alot of paint jobs don't really do the paint justice. Every job Pat does is unique in some way. The guy really cares about his work offers creative suggestions along the way usually at no additional cost. My only regret is that I wish I had waited. I just checked his site and he is offering a 20% off 'till the end of the month on all new paint jobs!

 

Here's mine. Got it done at Troxell's in Bridgman MI. Quality is a 10. No runs, deep clear and smooth as glass and only $1200.00 for all of it.

BD's Customs. I wanted a solid color and yellow chrome was it. The pictures are not close, especially in the sun.

 

I am glad a thread started like this, I have been looking into a custom job and eager to see more pics.
