From what I understand this Leo MC is the counter reaction to the 1% clubs. All are required to carry and they don't back down from the 1% outlaws. There view is what gives the outlaw clubs the right to say what you can do, such as wearing a patch, etc.

I understand that guys, including cops, want to form a club of like minded individuals. I doubt they care if anyone outside said group has a problem with it.
