Bought their led turn signal setup a couple of years ago for my Sportster and moved them over to my Dyna last year. They are so bright it hurts to look at them. Well, last week one of the fronts failed to blink although the cluster still functioned as a running light. I called the company to get instructions on having it repaired and spoke to a very pleasant person, Amanda, who connected me with a very capable tech, Dennis, who immediately diagnosed the problem and told me to send the light back. In less than a week it was repaired free of charge and back on my bike. No questions asked and this on a light over two years old.

Just felt they needed an acknowledgement for this great service.

 

+1 on CD customer service. They helped me with my LED questions and I'd buy from them again in a second. I've pointed several people here, in their direction too. Great company with great products.
