Ordered $300 worth of LED's for my bike last week. They arrive and one of them the wire falls out of the base. I put an email into their customer service @8:30AM. I receive an email @ 9:00 its being forwarded to warranty department. I get email from warranty department @ 9:05 and a phone call at 9:15 that they are sending a replacement out that day and they are including a return label to ship broken one back. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, I give them a 10 out of 10 so far! More companies need this type of attitude.
Follow UP: Got my replacement LED today WITH a return pre paid mailer. More American companies need to check out how things should be done! Custom Dynamics got it down!
I'm neutral w/them...ID'd a flaw in their wiring harness sent for my bike and thought they'd send a replacement b/c I had to mod the failed part...nothing. Glad they worked w/your situation.
