+1 - I have had very positive experience with them. I had one LED go out on my front turn signal - they shipped me a new assembly no questions asked - did not ask me to return the failed part.
And just to be fair I have submitted question to Tech Support and haven't gotten response yet.
I ordered the dual color Plasma Rods to use as Run/Brake/Turn and the installation instructions are a little thin in content. Admitedly I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer and need a little extra hand holding when doing something like this for the first time. Would just like a more detailed installation sheet, maybe with some pictures.
Hopefully support can give me some guidance, otherwise I'll just put them away until Daytona and take them to the tent and beg for mercy and hopefully they will assist with the install.

I installed plasma rods a few weeks ago and the instructions were pretty good, IMO. I've done wiring before, but I'm far from a pro. The hardest part was figuring out which wires to tap into to get them to do what I wanted them to do (running & brakes). After that, it was easy.

Dave will take care of you at the service tent..Great Guy, I stop by and see him every year just to see whats new.
I received the email the next morning and haven't been back on the board to be able to post.
Thanks for the quick response. You guys have been nothing but helpful with my entire purchase and I greatly appreciate your assistance.
I can tell you this definately will not be my last purchase from you folks. It's refreshing to deal with a company that cares as much after the sale as you do getting the sale!
I ordered front and rear led turn signals, load equalizer and triple play from them and tried to install them the day before we left for Daytona and the rears wouldnt work. (Yup, im like those reality tv guys with the last minute stuff.) I called them and they walked me through everything step by step to no avail. They put me in touch with Dave from service who took time out from setting up in Daytona to explain the problem with the way the factory ran the black and purple wires in the brake light. The day we arrived in Daytona we stopped by them and they fixed me right up at no charge. I was cussing them the whole way there and when they did that a friend who was along dropped $300 on his bike based on their service and standing behind their products. Stand-up company for sure!!!
