Default get what you pay for

I usually go to them 1st. How can you beat 30% msrp. you look in the v-twin manufacturing catalog cross it over to debrix and Bang you got it. If you don't know what you are buying then it make sense to buy from someone you can call and get service or suggestions. Of course you could go to JP cycles like I did for customer service which in turn they blew me off 3 times and I gave up and went some where else. I've probably placed 10 orders thru Debrix in say 2 years and was never disappointed. Of course i"m not calling them for tracking and questions or anything else. I place the order and wait. My last order was at my house in 7 days. I'd say those past 10 orders totaled $1000. In fact one item was $300 and i did not like how it would look and they promptly sent me a refund upon my return of the item , no questions asked. Debrix is a middle man going right to V-twin and placing the order. Like I said I'll take their deep discount all day long.

I've bought from them direct, not Ebay. Slow shipping, but I got exactly what I ordered.
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I'll think twice before buying from them in the future.

Default debrix cycles

i ordered a chrome swingarm for my 99 sportster .. it was guaranteed to fit.. when it arrived the bearing races were not cut deep enough, and the part didnt work..At least without additional machining ($150)costing more than the part was worth.. I was given a return number, to send the swingarm back, and had no trouble getting email responses..Lets hope the money is refunded promptly!! other than that,,most theyre other stuff was priced fair, and fit ok..gpop

Wish I would have done a search on them before ordering. I ordered a speedo cable and boot from them on 1 july and haven't heard a peep out of them despite 2 emails requesting information on my order. I could care less how long it takes to get my product from them but, what I do care about is their ethics. If you say my order will ship in 1-5 business days then it should ship in 1-5 days, and if you cannot fulfill your word then I should get a message from you telling me why. It's that simple. I won't order from them again.
