Well, it's a softail frame so maybe a fatboy... could be anything in that line. It isn't a touring frame so not a road king. Very customized. Nice job, too.

Can't be. 1) single disc & 2) fender mounting points are too high.
Could've been either a Fat Boy or Heritage, if the forks are original. Too much customizing to differentiate between the 2.
