Default Cool, fall weather riding

Don't get me wrong, I love warm/hot weather short sleeve riding, but riding in 50 to 60 degree temps is so damn invigorating, makes you feel alive! Other pluses are bike runs cooler, runs so much better, & no sweating!

I've thought this very same thing, way back when I had my '75! Cooler engine and cooler riders!

Yep, invigorating. However, if you want exhilarating, try riding in 20 degree weather! But let's be honest, riding in ANY weather is better than not riding at all.

Wish it was that warm here. We're already down in the 40's for highs. A little earlier than normal...

It's 70° now and not a cloud in the sky.

As for riding in 20°...only in a car! 36° was my low and that was 70 miles on the highway.

I love riding in the 50's with chaps, leather jacket and heavy gloves. Bike runs awesome and heat is never an issue. I have a leather bandanna with a fleece liner when it gets cooler and it works great.

I'm with you - Fall is the best; best weather, best beer!! No sweating, slight chill and just enjoying the ride to the fullest. Awesome.
