As I was leaving TB the other night an older (I'm 70 so when I say older it means older) lady asked me if that was my motorcycle out there. When I told her it was, she told me "It's beautiful".
Funny, nobody ever said that when I used to ride a rice burner.
OK, my bike is a '13 Heritage Softail. One of these days I will figure out how to post a picture.

Kinda reminds me of a few years ago, when I pulled into a gas station. Shortly after that , a group of about 6 nice sportbikes pulled in. A few ladies walked past them and came over to me to tell me how much they liked my bike.
I saw them all glaring at me from their sportbikes when I rode past them to leave as the ladies waved to me from alongside them. It was nice to get my ego stroked for a fleeting moment.

Hate to burst your bubble, but it does happen. Happened to me. Rode up to Bluewater Casino in Parker AZ for breakfast one Sunday on my Kawasaki Vulcan Classic. Parked it by several Harleys, and while getting helmet off this nice looking tall young thing walked by and said, that is a beautiful bike, nicest looking one here. I thanked her and told her not to let the Harley riders hear her say that as they would be pizzed off. She just laughed and said she didn't car what they thought, my bike was much better looking than those Harleys.
Maybe you just rode an ugly rice burner. LOL

And...
Did you take her for a ride? Go out for coffee? What?
