Anyone else track their annual miles?
I write down the beginning miles on the speedometers and at years end. Just sat down in the garage today and added them up.
2013 came in at 30,815 miles. I was going for 32K but missed. There's always this year so I will try for it again this year.
I feel like I'm 19 when I'm on the bike, so I try to keep going. When I get off I just hobble into the house a worn out 73 year old.

I don't know why I would. I was a metrologist ( not meteorologist ) and analyzed data for a living. I'm afraid I'd start looking for trends that don't really prove anything I don't already know.

I don't record/track annual mileage, but I do keep track of mileage for tire/oil changes so If I ever need to know my annual mileage it would be easy to figure out.
I can do that with out using a calculator, cash register, or smart phone. lol
(that's not a slap at anyone here..just an observation of many of today's cashiers)

Did you care when the German's bombed Pearl Harbor?
But seriously - You should care because it will make you feel smug and superior to others who rode less than you.. of course, you already feel smug and superior, but this makes you feel even MORE so..
