Anybody put armor in the built-in Shoulder and Elbow pockets on the Fox Creek Commander? The back Protector is a Forcefield Model B size 001 Pro Back but I can't determine the model and size of the shoulders and Elbos.

I have a Grayson and the armor I bought from fox creek fits just fine. I know in some case you will have to trim some of the armored padding to fit in the pockets.

 

I'm sure IF I buy the armor from Fox Creek it will fit. That said, they are asking a premium for the Forcefield armor which can be purchased at better prices from several vendors.

I'm trying to match up the part numbers so I have the option of going somewhere else or even a different product set ( maybe D30).

Is there any information on your armor that would help me in that regard?

BTW - is the armor you bought from Fox Creek molded or is it "flat" ???

 

The force field armor I purchased from Fox Creek was flat when I purchased it but since I have had it in my jacket it has formed to my shape. I purchase force field Armour from my local Harley-Davidson dealer and the armor I purchased from there did not seem as thick or as good of quality as the force field armor I purchased from Fox Creek. I wouldn't know anything about matching up part numbers but I do know that motorcycle dealers that sale the armor will allow you to try it out and if it does not fit they will allow you to bring it back for a full refund
