Here you go. I installed the kit when my Heritage Classic was new, and the bags have looked new ever since. It's a simple install.

Check out Boss Bags. A little more expensive but a nicer product. Also you will be able to lock them. They also have an quick release kit. I'm going to have this done on my new Heritage.

Remove the bags. Clean them really well with a good leather cleaner. Get all the road grime, polish, wax, etc off.

Soak them in hot water for about 30 minutes. Get them full immersed, and nice and soft.

Take them out, and pack them with newspaper, towels, blankets, whatever, until you get the shape you want. Let them dry for a couple of days.

Now treat the leather well. Apply an even coat of leather dye, and mink oil (or Sno-Seal). They should look almost as good as new.

Phillip recommends a good product to prevent sagging in the future.
