I recently bought a little phone charger for my bike from a company named EKLIPES. I bought a cobra unit. Well the unit I received didn't work!!! I called the number on the back of the package and I got a hold of a gentlemen named Kelly who owns the company.

He was really cool, was very receptive, and got me a brand new unit priority mail that day. I was very pleased with the service I received from this company!!!!

Just thought I'd post out here in case anyone else was ever looking at buying one of these devices from this company.
