Default Surdyke service

I recently had a problem with the xm unit for my 2014 that i purchased from surdyke ( it would work for 30-45 min and them become garbled, you could shut the bike off for a few min and then it would work for 30 ). I e-mailed surdyke and they came back the next day with return authorization. Great company!

I recently had a good experience with them also. The other morning I ordered some wind deflectors, got home after work and my wife says look what I got for you..yes wind deflectors. so I figured this will be a hassle, you know order already in process can't cancel it.

I sent an email explaining what happened got one back saying it was all taken care of.

Also my wife paid about $20 more where she ordered them from.

Good customer service experience!

wouldn't you be 20 bucks ahead if you returned the wife's order instead of yours? At least then you coulda taken her out for dinner with the rebate

You kept the ones your wife bought you. Very smart move indeed. I've been married 26 years and understand. Entirely worth the extra $20 bucks!

Did they pay the return shipping? They sent me a wrong part once and I was on the hook for the ride back to them. Other than that, never had any problems and I've ordered quite a few items from them.

Here's a tidbit for anyone who doesn't know. If you want to cancel an order before it arrives, but it is shipped, when the package arrives write on the label "return to send refused" unopened and back in the mail the very next mail day. The post office will return it at no additional cost to either party. This isn't ripping off the post office either, it is part of their service they offer.
