6 Year Old Riding/Driving a Harley
This video was posted on FB yesterday by BikersPost.com. Lot's of controversy and comments about it.
Personally, I think that it's not only incredibly irresponsible & dangerous, but also illegal.
So, is he the best Dad ever, as some have commented, OR a complete moron, as others have said? Your thoughts?

I started riding dirt bikes alone at 8 in the woods.
I don't have a problem with the kid taking the reins for a few minutes.
I do think the kid should have been wearing something more then shorts and sneakers though.
At least he was wearing a helmet.

I think its okay to take certain risks with ones own life, but to risk the life of another that is to young to take care of themselves that we are entrusted to care for and look after - I'm sorry, but that is just wrong....There is just way to many things that could go wrong in this video.

Regardless that kid will remember that as one of the most fun things he has ever did in his life. He will grow up to be a man instead of a wussy like most kids in his generation will.

For me...
The last few frames tells me it isn't a good idea. You see the kid seem to get distracted by something alongside the road, but then it becomes clear he is trying to talk to the dad.
Either way, attention is taken away from the road for too long. That should be the first (and most important) thing taught to young riders/drivers. I'm sure the kid and the dad are having a great time, but just seeing that occur tells me the kid (nor the dad) is ready...

I honestly don't follow the logic. Are you saying that parents who raise their kids to be logical, safe, and not break the law, are turning their kids into pussies?
