Default Just a love story with a Harley in it

After reading the post with the poll about one bike or many bikes,
it got me to thinking about what I have went and done and didn't
even realize it. Apparently I have chosen my bike like i did my wife,
"for life" I'll keep my wife till death, and I feel the exact same way
about my bike.I don't cheat on eather one I don't test ride other
women, and I don't test ride other bikes eather, "why would I want
to". Maybe now in my mind I can justify spending all the interest that
I spent in the financing of my Iron Mistress.

I got the bike I could "afford" but not exactly the one I want. After 3 unsuccessful tries, I've given up. But I still look, wish and dream.

Now my wife is a totally different story!

Personally my wife and my motorcycles are in two different categories. I don't need my motorcycles.

I felt the same way shout my 2004 Road King Custom. I left her in the garage when I evacuated from Hurricane Sandy. After 30 years in the same house without water above the curb Sandy brought a flood three feet deep in garage. Goodbye RKC. Had guilt like I let her down. Forced me to change gears and bought a Dyna Superglide which I really enjoy. Without a doubt would not have sold the Road King. That's life.

Funny quote: " My best friend ran away with my wife. I am really going to miss him."

Owning two bikes is always better than one. And if you're single (or a swinger lol) more than one woman is also always better.....as long as they all know about each other.

Two women? Now that's expensive. Cheaper to have more bikes!

I can see myself with 2 bikes eventually. 2 women? Not a chance. Too complicated. I already have the best woman on earth. The bike can be replaced.
