It's best not to over think things
water from condensation from an unknown source...
Put bike on a tickle charger for the winter start and ride for a couple of hours on a nice spring day.

You don't over think your car do you??

If that was in the engine you would on seen the milky looking stuff on your dipstick and other spot's, warm oil in the drain pan on concrete.
