Default Damn my hands are cramping

Only when its cool and after eating I get these hand cramps that hurt like hell (hands in a press) and make my hands look like there deformed untill I stop and have to straighten them out . Wtf anyone have this problem? Sometimes after eating icecream or something sweet I wake up in the middle of the night with legg craps from hell.

Poor potassium intake? Try a banana.

Sounds like a vitamin / mineral imbalance...Too many over processed foods, soda or coffee maybe not enough veggies in your diet.
Try a cal-mag-zinc supplement at night and / or vitamin D.

btw: your symptoms could be the signs of something that can be a serious detriment to your health, so before you take too much "over the internet" advice from people that know nothing about you or your medical history.....You should go see a real MD and at least get some blood work done.

Drink more water and put on some larger diameter grips.

+1, I had the same problem and started taking potassium pills from GNC and it did the trick.

Have your thyroid checked too, it's just a simple blood test. Muscle cramping is a symptom of hypothyroidism.

In the winter when riding I have the same issue with cramps in my hands. Especially on the left hand. Try to drink more water and see if that helps.

Going to the doctor to get check that nothing else is wrong isn't a bad idea either.

Definitely see a doctor. It could be lots of things, some of which can be easily addressed. You don't say how old you are, but arthritis is another possibility (and there are some early onset types).
