Vigilante EZ Tuner
The initial thread with 29 pages has been moved to some obscure forum and that will be the end of it. I for one am still trying to get mine to work and appreciate all the input from others.I seems if your lucky it tunes and you are happy or not. Some of us only get a mssge telling us that our combo wont work.'12 Deluxe 2" Rush Slip-ons and Bigsucker.Hardly an exotic setup. I have been trying for two days and now am waiting for another phone call.
The company should have asked what we had b/4 shipping.

I had much the same problem as you are having. Email seems to be the best way to communicate with tech support. I also have Rush slip-ons and a K&N air filter element. They sent me a temp file which seemed to be good when I installed it but this weekend the temps got up to 80* and the bike seemed to run hot and I had a lot of decel-popping. They said I would have a file this week so we will see.

I returned mine and it is being delivered today as I post this. I was told they didn't have a map for my setup. Hearing that I asked for a RMA number. I bought it to tune my bike if they don't have a map for it what good was it to me?
I bought a PV-1 today from FuelMoto and was assured they had a map for my setup.
Sorry some of us/you had/have problems with the tuner. When it was first offered it sounded like a good deal. I had high hopes too bad it didn't work out that way.

I may have to do the same thing Rider1200, as I posted in the other thread I can't believe they dont have a screaming eagle setup for the Fat Bob! I have a case number with them so I hope to hear back by tomorrow.

I must have gotten lucky, although my bike is not as fast, as it was with the other setup the bike is running fine and I'm getting better gas mileage, the biggest problem I had was getting the sparks to download, had to erase it and load it a second time, first time I didn't get as many settings and only had two to choose from. being in ohio and the weather were having I've only put 150 to 200 miles on this setup. and will have to see how it performs on long distance later on

go into add or remove programs on your computer, click on the sparks menu and it will ask you if you want to remove it, then go back to superchips and load it back up the second time I loaded the program I took my time and waited for everything to load and got better results
