Very sad, probably a medical emergency of some type, heart attack comes to mind. Can't imagine anything else..

 

That's just sad. And being a single vehicle accident, I wonder if they'll find out what happened?

 

Tell your loved ones how much they mean to you often,you just never know if you're going to be home....sad
