Is it the same one for all harley vtwin motorts?

No it's not the same. Evo's, TC88, and TC96/103 are all different. Don't know about shovels and pans.

Actually the 96" and 103" use the same. George's garage sells a good tool for the job, as do others on eBay.

http://www.mbsmfg.com/index.html Yuo can buy one here that will all twin cam motors from 88's to 110's. Cost is about 145 plus shipping. Works great.
