I'm thinkin' that would fry the Battery Tender leads among other things

I wouldnt attempt it, its way too small to jump a battery with. Besides that it would blow the inline fuse

Most likely if you hook two that are already attached you will have the poles reversed.The non shielded end of the tender cable is usually on the negative post,you would be plugging that into the shielded end of the other cable,which is on the positive post. Even if you did get the polarity right I'm not sure if the fuse in the cable could handle it.

Basic math says 1.2kw starter at 12V will be 100A. I don't think so.

Yes.

You will blow the fuse.

I used alligator clips hooked up correctly to try it, so polarity was not an issue.

Too small of wire gauge as listed above. Will cause excessive heat and voltage drop. Not a big fan of jumping crap off anyway. Hard on starter, even harder on charging system once running.

NO.. its not made to jump start a bike,, its made to keep your batt at no less than 80% charge over a long period of time..

proper tools for proper jobs... usually is the best way to go..
