Default Anti-fog treatment for eyewear

After getting caught in a monsoon Saturday and having a hell of a time with my glasses fogging up, I'm looking for recommendations for anti-fog treatment or shades that work the best. Whatcha got?

If you're using prescription glasses, don't use anti fog if you have anti glare coating. You can damage the lenses. If you don't know if you do ask your optician. My Wiley Xs with the removable gasket work great. The only time they fogged was at a stoplight in 90 degrees in a monsoon rainstorm. PS... I'm an optician.

Revision Military Anti-Fog Cloths work great for me, but I wear glasses under a FF helmet (and never in monsoon conditions).

The absolute BEST thing I've found is Fogstops Film - made for the medical/dental field, it's thin rectangular sheets of film that adhere to the inside of the lenses and last up to 1 year. The only reason I'm not using them is that they're visible and can sort of resemble bifocals (so yeah.. vanity, lol).

The Revision cloths are excellent, though. I've tried a lot of products (Cat Crap, Fogdoc, Quick Spit, FogTech, Nikon Fog Eliminator) and none of them come close to eliminating fog as well - and some actually made it worse. :/

Don't have an answer for you but I tried Cat Crap on my goggles and it's a waste of money.

I use dish soap on my motorcycle visors and hockey visors both. I found it works just as well as expensive anti-fog sprays.

I have had good luck with Blaze. Learned about it at a bike fest a few years back.

The Blaze Anti Fog doesn't look too promising. Doing a google search for them brought back THIS.

I am also looking for some type of anti fog stuff for my sunglasses.
