Can I remove the six speed sticker?
If I remove the stick on brushed looking panel that says "SIX SPEED" on the side of the transmission, will it be nice looking chrome under it. I think it would look better if the side of the tranny was just solid chrome. Has anyone removed this off of their bike? I don't want to start taking it off just to find out that they didn't chrome in this area very well.
Thanks in advance,
Chuck

Absolutely not. It'll turn into a 5 speed if you do.

I read here recently that if you remove the manufacturer's label, your bike may be impounded!

You got it wrong, it voids the warranty.

Since it's a sticker, you can always put it back on if you lose a gear.
