Default Power Commander Autotuner/Thunderheader Exhaust

Here is what I have: 2010 Harley Fatboy Lo w/ Screaming Eagle tuner, Rush slip-ons and a Stage 1 intake.
What is going on: Power Commander 5 and Thunderheader 2 into 1.
Are there issues with putting on the PCV after having the Harley tuner on? If I get the PCV Autotuner, does that help any issues? Is it worth it? If I get the Autotuner, does the Thunderheader exhaust system or my ride need the welded type bung setup from Power Commander (My ride has the 18mm and I don't know what is on the Thunderheaders)?

you're not going to get many responses in here, if at all. you should ask your question in the Electrical/Ignition/Tuner/ECM/Fuel Injection thread.

the PCV 5 will be a waste of $$. The SERT or SEST (whichever you have) is far more capable of tuning your bike in a more thorough manner.

Thanks Nutz...I will re-post to Electrical/Ignition/Tuner/ECM/Fuel.

On a side note, the current tuner is not doing the job...I have had the bike dyno'd twice and I am getting terrible decel pop with occasional backfire. I think I will try my luck with something new.

No offense to your tuner but if you're having problems after 2 tunes that he can't resolve, I'd be looking for a tuner that knows what he's doing
