There is a service bulletin on this issue on this vintage TriGlides. Mine squealed like an old VW Bug. I had the dealer replace the rotors with the newer cast type, and new pads. Solved the issue, but, lightened my wallet by $800. They claimed it was a wear issue and not a warranty issue, and they did not offer up the service bulletin. I did not fight it.

You realize this is a 6 year old thread dont you? You would get better response in the TriGlide section of this forum.
Im also suprised this thread hasnt been moved to the TriGlide section, must have been missed when the change was made.

Default New brake pads on

My BF put on my new Lyndall brake pads. I really like them. Definately worth the money.

chamfering the leading edge of the brake pads will stopping them from squeeking too.
