I've seen other places say available Apr 30.

Ram's site said something like 5/15 for them... I have a few other things I need to order and waiting to order it all in one shot.

You're better off picking up the roll cage mounts, and leave the handle bar mounts where you found them. They work for mountain bikes, but are too small to mount on our bars.
