was curious if anyone had ever used the Fuel Moto Micro EFI Tuner and what your experiences were with it.

I think you will find that device will do little for making a sportster run better especially at lower rpms.
It pays to properly tune with a flash tuner and software by a qualified tuner who understands what it takes to make sportster to run smoother especially at lower rpms.

Thats what I run and it has been great. But I did do a lot of custom tuning on my map but it was well worth it.
Do a search on this board and you will see lots of positive comments and I have freely given my map to 1200 Sportster owners with similar mods.

How do you maximize timing?
There are definitely advantages to having the ability to adjust timing for best power, smoothness, throttle response, and mileage.

You cant adjust timing with this tuner, only fuel. That said, it does all I needed it to do which was tune out the terrible cruise surging I had.

It does all you thought you needed it to do, once you ride a properly tuned efi Harley you will realize how much you were missing and left on the table as far as run ability, fuel millage and power output. Big Difference
