I had two problems
No fuel , and a stuffed ecm
it was the earth on the sensor voltage supply
so the voltage was all over the place and so were the sensors
It still started and ran
after I fixed the fuel line

After I knew what to start searching for I found quite a lot of threads about bad ECM grounds, it's a lot more common than I would've thought.

My problems started with intermittent hesitation and surgeing
I was looking at TTS data logs and sensors were all over the place
one of the things I considered was fuel pressure
I swapped in another fuel pump
no difference
I put mine back in and engine wouldn't start at all (but did turn over)
I went back to basics
check spark and fuel
thought I had fuel because I could hear the fuel pump prime
checked spark
spark at both cylinders
is fuel getting to injectors?
checked fuel pressure
zero
found the hose in the tank disconnected
fixed the hose and checked fuel pressure at 55-60psi
back to ecm
got some advice off site
ecm was stuffed

You still think you have fried ecm ?
but not confirmed ?

Yeah I still think it's the ECM (but not confirmed)
I had no warnings whatsoever, it ran perfectly, pulled into the garage and next start 3 weeks later was a no go!
it started with the pos batt terminal rubbing through a wire and arcing

I haven't checked spark because it has started twice now, if only for a few seconds and that coincides directly with the fuel pump running or not. So I'm fairly confident spark is fine.

I appreciate the ideas though, we are definitely narrowing it down!
Thanks, Matt.
I think you should confirm spark
with fuel pump working
when fuel pump is not working

Morning Matt - Had my fingers crossed last night but i see no go

Two things i have left - One the socket that the system relay plugs into ?

And do you have a riding buddy you can swap ECM's with for a test start

I was too lazy to retype it, but the sentiment is the same! So in conclusion, the ECM was definitely fried!!
Thanks guys, Matt.
