ignition fuse keeps blowing

just put a set of drag bars on a 2009 iron 883 didnt shorten any cables yet but now everytime i pull the clutch in i blow the ignition switch fuse. the bike doesnt even have to be running i changed the fuse turned the bikes power on pull the clutch and fuse blew please help out thanks in advance
