I disagree on the "way" too rich.
You said you do not have O2 sensors, so I take you do not know how close the ve tables are to your bikes ones. Putting the afr table 14.6 you have a high risk of running too lean and as these engines run too hot anyway, personally I would not put 14.6 anywhere until I have some confidence on the VEs. If you have now 10% error in VE (which is very likely) it means that you may actually run 16 afr which is way too lean.
Real Afr should be all times between 12-15. Worst case running too rich is you get too much carbon to cyl and plugs and a bit more power.

The table you posted is from an o2 sensor bike and 14.6 means closed loop

Not a tuner, but have a quick question, 14 ultra limited thunderheader, S/E ac, hd tuner. Is it normal when in lower gears at a steady speed {like putting thru a 25 mph town}, to have like a mis sound, like not a steady purr, usually run 2-2500 rpm's at these speeds, Or is the tune off, I don't ever hear it in the upper gears, just wondered , tnx

you don't hear it in the upper gears probably because the MAP/KPA/VEs are within an acceptable range. Sounds like the tune is off. Can you post up your map (you'll need a dropbox or box account, they're free) so we can look at it?

I would tell them then what you're experiencing and have them correct the tune
