I am using 2450 under speedo calibration.

I looked and can't find a gear ratio section. Am I missing something here?

Is that under the quick tune section? Under configuration I found vss. It's at 2074 pulses/km. any idea if this is right or no? It was supposed to be set for the 30t I just want to verify. Took it for a short ride tonight and it's running real strong. It's in the 30's here right now so I didn't hit the highway though and nothing really to compare speedo to. Thanks for your help

You need to load your tune into WinPV on your PC to see all the tune options.

I tried that and couldn't see much. Timing tables, ve tables and that's about it. Do I need to be hooked up to the bike and computer at same time?

How old is your PV software?, Hook it up to your PC, Download latest updates, Then open your current tune in WinPV, Then Click on POWERVISION..on taskbar,Then Update tune using PV. That will populate your Tune Items tree with all the current info/options and make a copy of that tune Updated.

Ok that was the problem. I didn't have it updated. I've installed 3 power visions in other bikes using a fuel moto tune so I've never downloaded anything onto my laptop. I can now see all the other tables that are visible. Thanks for the help. I'm sure I'll be asking a few more questions.

Got a PV from fuel moto for my 07 FXST. For years had V&H pipes with XIEDs to help with the heat. Earlier this year I installed a Trask intake and the bike pinged constantly. So Jamie set me up with a PV with a tune for my upgrades. Install was easy and also discovered i was not getting 100% throttle with the help of the gauges feature. Got to ride it today solo for a couple of miles then two up for more. I can already feel the difference in the bike and how it runs. Seems like the ecu is learning and adjusting the more i ride. I know ECUs in cars do this, not sure if that is whats happening or if its just in my head.

Read the manual !!! If you can find a person with a gps unit, or just someone with a speedo in a car, or another bike to match the speed with. The bring up the speed adjust screen on the PV & adjust it live time..
If you need to do the adjustment with the computer using WinPV, just adjust the pulses per 1/25th KM & the PV will do the rest. (In the left menu under "Gear"-- Speedometer Adjustment) Each bike will be just a little different. For instance I have a 30 tooth drive on a trike & it uses a setting of 2462 pulses per 1/25th KM. But your rear drive & tire is different than mine.
Best idea yet is It is your friend !!
