Default Streetglide surging

I am new to this forum, thanks for reading and sharing you thoughts. I have a 2014 Street Glide special with 1600 miles. I have had it into the dealer twice for the engine surging at steady throttle at around 2-3 thousand RPM'S. The dealer says that they can't reproduce the problem but I get it every time I try it. It happens in all gears and feels like the engine is starving for air or fuel. The bike is in stock condition. HD says I should take it back to the dealership or try another dealer. Any advice is welcome.

If you figure it out let me know, mine is doing the same exact thing..just about the same amount of miles on it too.

Ask them (or another dealership) to make sure your bike has the updated 103 ECU map. My club prez bought a '14 SG Special and had a bunch of fueling issues. They found that it had the old 103 map. They downloaded the new map and it runs fine now. According to what he was told, they've seen a few of the '14s like this. Its completely hit or miss, but some of them left the factory with the wrong map on them.

It's lean. Get it tuned by someone that knows what they're doing.

My heritage would surge just enough for me to notice, it was because the stock tune being so lean.
Fatting up the fuel ratios fixed it.
