First, a wealth of info is in Bruce Palmer's book on vintage HD's. To take the wheel off? Pull the cotter pin, loosen the axle nut, and take the axle out. You will have to rebuild the rockers, Colony sells a rebuild kit for 130$ I think. The handlebars are old style, as they are close together, if I remember correctly in /37 HD changed to a wider bar for more comfort. Those forks have no ride control, (that I saw), and for that price, unless you have a pre 37, go out and buy brand new repops for the same price, and no headaches. My 2 cents.
