Big Bore Kits

This uses a 4.125" bore and you will see both styles of cylinders bored. Note the liner on both as one is thicker and one is thinner. The thinner of the two is the 107 cylinder and just why you should not go above this bore size, on this cylinder. It leaves ~0.073 wall thickness. The 114 cylinder can go to 4.187" before hitting the limit.

4.125 x 4.375 = 117 cu in
4.125 x 4.500 = 120 cu in

Head Gasket Sealing with 4.125" bore.

Look how close you get with the sealing ring embossed for the combustion chamber and the one for the Water/Oil passages.

High Flow Injectors

Note: The stock injectors use an 8 hole nozzle, this reduces droplet size but limits the total flow. These new High Flow injector have only 4 holes to keep the dual cone pattern but allow for higher flow. The down side is the fuel droplets increase in size which is harder to burn. Sizes range from 5.5 grams per second to 6.2 grams per second at this time.

M8 Oil Pumps

New for the M8 are two different Oil pumps. One is used in the Water Cooled Version and the other in the Oil Cooled. Look at the size difference between the Pressure elements!
