hey to my b.c bros..is beacon the only way with icbc or has anyone tried bcaa i use them for home insurance..but havent had to make any claims..just lookin for some insight..thanks

 

i dont think you can get auto insurance from bcaa in bc, weird!
my broker got me mine thru premier marine

 

yeah..gonna see what they come back with..cool was that cheaper than beacon?

 

not sure what beacon cost but this was around $400 for a valuation of $15k

Just wondering how much bike insurance cost you guys, north of the border?

 

when I had my sporty it was 120 a month pink slip just to ride a month then 400 for the year for everything else..the fxdb is gonna be more..B.C is exspensive to ride since icbc is government where other provinces is private insurance..the way we do it is bare bones government (icbc) then private insurance for the rest of the coverage

ICBC is the only insurance company here in BC, $15,000 insured value average $2000cad a year. We have to get third party through ICBC no other choice. I get basic insurance from ICBC $87/month, the rest through Beacon $430 a year. That's the cheapest way to go. I know americans are playing $300 a year, FML!

it is all economy of scale. while we may pay more $$ up here we do not pay more % of income. everyone knows that BC income per job category is 4x that of the rest of the world. LOL
