for a stock 103 with address 57h cams would this improve anything?

 

I wouldn't add it to a motor w/ a cam swap. Your head runners are probably smaller and won't match, making a lip going against the air flow. Its ok if the head runner are bigger than the tbody, but not the other way around.

For the money if heads are done along w/ runners cut to 1.710+ these are the ticket!
