2015 Rolling Thunder Pictures
#5
Thanks for sharing. Having did Rolling Thunder 3 times, your pictures take me back and put the same chills down my spine that riding the event does. I now live in SW Fl and haven't rode the event in 3 years. The murals on the trucks are something new that I didn't see when we rode.
Its truly one of those "must do" events.

Been attending the event off and on since 1995.
Some times in the parade route observing, in the parking lot waiting, and like this time just walking all the parking lots to capture the moment.
Truly puts chills in my spine as well and hope there are several more to come in the future.
I took over 600 pictures during the day and these were just a couple to share.
As to the murals, there was always one or two trucks in the parking area way off to the side before 9-11 but this time was impressed with the selection of trucks and the details of the murals.
Hope you can make another trip and look me up - this is close to home.

I would like to run it one more time, If I make it back up their I will look you up!
My wife took pictures on from the rear seat of our bike when we left FT Wash. Harley, hundreds of spectators lined Indian Head Hwy, waving and watching us go by, some Vets, in full dress, clapping and thanking us for remembering. That was just at the dealer. The question always bounced around in my head, why are you thanking me? I can never repay you for what you gave for us.
All Gave Some, Some Gave All.
