Hi there, new member from colorado
I ride a 95 road king and live on the front range north of denver. Little mountains about 20 minutes away, the tall ones an hour to an hour and a half. I also have a 99 dyna but the king will always be my favorite for looks and ride. I'm an industrial mechanic so I do almost all of the work on my bike but like all machines a specialty mech knows more than I do. I get advise from the real hd fellows about diagnostics and the suitability of aftermarket and speed products often. That is the bigest reason I joined this group. I used to drag race a big block mopar back in the 70's and learned quickly that dynos will tell the truth about power, but the input from the operator tell whether your ride is still reliable, comfortable, and controllable in the long run. I will be paying attention to the posts I read about for not just power or looks, but also for reliability and durability.

I have lived and worked in Colorado. It is one of my favorites. I lived in Grand Junction when I was young and later worked the oil patch and uranium drill rigs in Cortez. But I also know Greely and Colorado Springs. I have sister who lives in Wheatridge. So welcome!!
