New Guy Intro
Hi Folks. My name is Bob McCauley. I'm from Ontario, Canada. East from Toronto.
I drive a 1987 FXRC, which I bought earlier this year. Its one of these Blue Frame limited edition jobs. I had some problems with it to start off the riding season but runs awesome now. An upgraded programmable digital ignition system straightened her out.
My Dad introduced me to the Harley family in 1964 with a 1939 EL knuckle ex-RCMP bike. I've been riding pretty much ever since. I have had all shapes a sizes of bikes over the years and I find Harley Davidson keeps my mechanical skills the sharpest. A good maintenance program is nearly always the key for enjoying your bikes reliability and performance.
I enjoy browsing this site for the tech references, pictures, stories and the projects the membership share with us.
I hope from time to time I can contribute.

I seem to remember Battastinis customizing one of them as one of their first projects. Hmm?

Some FXRC bikes show a number out 750. Mine is out of 650 units. What up with that??
