Hi, I guess I've done this wrong since my 1st post should have been here, sorry. My name is Kenny Flemon & I live in Jonesboro, AR. I live right where the edge of the Mississippi delta meets the foot hills of the Ozark mountains. This is why I've evolved into the syle of bikes I ride now comes from. I've had several jap/dirt bikes since age 7. I'm a recovering alcoholic/addict that was homeless in 97 so everything that I have, has been since 1997. For this, God's grace & the 1's who helped me get here, I'm truely gratefull. In 03 I bought my 1st hd, an 84 iron head that came from Florida & was beat too crap! I then blew it up, bought a manuel & tore it down to the bare frame & my education began. My uncle & cousin owned the Honda shop here for yrs & I was a grease monkey there for about 5 yrs so I had some background. In 04 I bought a 99 883c/1200 conv., Then a 98 Dyna WG, got rear ended & the guy parked a Chevy s-10 between my shoulders, Again by the grace of God, I walked away. Bought it back from ins co, saved motor & front end & built my 1st frame up softail in 06. Built the motor up & learned how crappy my suspension & brakes were! Sold it to keep wife #2 happy after 4 months, Bought a 98 RK, wife left 3 months later! Got stuck on that thing for 3 yrs But learned how to make a bike that big handle well. Traded that for a 94 Dyna conv. Rode it for couple months, step in the right dirrection but not there yet. Sold it to buddy after wife # 3 didn't like it, got her a really cool 01 hugger that i hopped up later I still ride it once in a while love that bike,almost done it needs longer tubes.Bought a 93 FXR & that's what I've been ridding for the last 2 1/2 yrs. So, if I make a post, it's not "what I hear" it's more of this is what I broke & how I fixed it. 
Where I live people lean towards ape hangers, loud pipes & drag racing. It's flat land with a ridge that's about 50 miles long running though it. I can leave my house, turn east & I'm running down the freeway at 85mph going to Memphis, TN, or I can leave my house & turn west & in 1 hr to the west I'm in the Ozark & Boston mntns of AR. I've learned through trial & error how to build a bike that does both the best for me with a little style, although not many pple here like it, it works well for me. I'll get pics & a list of mods done to both bikes, all here at my house, in my 24x24 shop I built & stock with the tools I've gained over the yrs. Have to get the wife to post pics so i'm at her mercy.

Welcome Kenny. We ride alot the same. I-10 South of us, I-25 to the West and God's green mountains in the front yard. Glad to have you on board (we need the adult supervision)...
