Ban on exporting parts and accessories
In South Africa we are paying through our necks for parts. I have allways impoted it from the US dealers, but Harley stopped their dealers to export. Are there anybody who can help

It's interesting that someone from China can sell and send me a $10.00 part on Ebay for $4.00 total and have it to me in as little as a few weeks. I sell a lot on ebay and Harley stuff goes pretty good. However I have attempted to sell to Australia, your country and a few others that the shipping ends up $40-50 on what would cost me to ship in US $5.35 with 3 day priority plus I need to fill out a special 8 x 11 customs sheet of paper work. Not sure who is getting all the shipping. Plus if they use paypal and it gets lost paypal refunds to buyer and I have no protection since confirmation is not an option that I see.

Hello and Welcome to the forums. Congrats on the new scooter. That sux that the exports stopped, hope ya find a way to get them.
