Default Stock Crossover Tube

Does anyone know if the stock 2014 SGS exhaust crossover tube will work with V&H Dresser Duals?

It should work OK, that being said a full size tube will flow better to the left side muffler.

Fuel Moto sells a full size crossover or cross-under tube. I an surprised V&H Dresser duals
didn't come with a full size replacement tube. I have Rinehart Slimline Duals that came with
a full size cross-under-over tube in the box when it arrived. It was complete with everything
needed for installation, even had Loctite and Anti-Seize.

Thanks,
I will call Fuel Moto tomorrow and see if their full size crossover will work with the Dresser Duals.

They will also tell you it doesn't offer any benefit on bikes making less than 115HP.

I am pretty sure Dresser Duals don't use a crossover of any kind. I think the front header pipe crosses under where the stock cross over pipe used to go.

I just need a replacement tube. V&H said it would take 4-6 weeks before I would receive it.

The re-invention of Dresser Duals eliminates the stock crossover, giving a clean, true dual function for the new FL's. This new design virtually eliminates the heat issues on the left side for the passenger, routing the hot exhaust gases below the footpeg and protects vital engine components from heat damage, yet delivers the true dual look.

Judging by this description I'd say no.

Are you saying that Dresser Duals would be cooler running than Power Duals.

No, thats the first paragraph on Vance and Hines website describing Dresser Duals. I think Dresser Duals rob hp and tq over stock exhaust.
