Are the small lights in the headlight on too? If so maybe the ignition switch "thinks" it's in the ACC position.

Make sure there is nothing plugged into the 12V receptacle in the tour pac. That is what happened to me.

I thought you installed the trunk light and it wouldn't turn off. I was wondering, just like a refrigerator, how you knew after you closed it!

No --- its the red LED running lights on the outside of the tour pak on each side on the bottom.
Im now thinking something is wonky with the ignition switch as noted ---as the on/off switch for the fog lights is glowing --- and the fog lights not on.
Could somebody please check and tell me if "when the ignition switch is in the ACC position are the red led running lights on BOTH sides of the outside bottom of the tour pak on?

When in the ACC Position on the Ign. switch, any Accessory light will be illuminated, the side marker lights on the tour pac and rear saddlebag lights along with the Passing Lamp switch light are illuminated on my 2016 Limited when the Ign. Switch is in the ACC position.

Gulity! --- local wrench had it all apart for new bars and to get the inner fairing painted --- YEP! -- think this is the problem --- he is not open today but I will be talking to him tomorrow --- I pulled the main fuse so battery does not run down .

Yes they are. And, if the Electra Glo Saddle Bag Lights have been installed, they too will come on with the switch in the ACC position.

I'm confused. So these lights stay on with the switch turned off?. Did you get this sorted out?
