Default Chrome Front Axle

Anyone buy a chrome front axle for their Rushmore tourer? If so, did it fit properly and if it did, where did you get it? I have bought after market axles before and some weren't properly made.

Thanks.

Thanks! I have seen those advertised. How do you hold the axle, put on the nut, torque the nut, etc? Are those flush caps threaded and you tighten down the bottom slider pinch bolt and then torque? (I wouldn't like that... the axle wouldn't seat properly) Does it come with chrome spacers?

Make sure you follow the torque specs for the axle you purchase, NOT the ones in the HD manual for your stock axle. They torque setting is much lower for a flush mount axle than for the stock. If you over tighten it, you'll crack your speed sensor that sits on the left side. Ask me how I know.

Is that a Renegade wheel? I don't see it on their site. The "Tulsa" is close, but not exact

No sir. It's their version of the Enforcer from Gorby's Machine.

Kind of looks like a cross between an "Enforcer" and a Dyna "Switchblade". That's what caught my eye...Looks Good

Do you have a "ballpark" $ on those? (without me calling them)
