I have a 2016 Road King with just 5000 miles, the tires still look like they have another 5000 miles on them. My second set I am going to try the American Dunlop Elite, I know some people that have gotten upwards of 20,000 miles. It all depends on certain variables, like heat, how fast you drive, the road conditions, etc.

I had 19000 miles on my stock rear tire on my 11 Ultra limited. I put one on before trading it in and the front one still had plenty of tread.
I have just under 10K on my 14 RK and still plenty of tread. I bought a set of new takeoff tires (under 500 miles) for $50, stored in black contractor bag in heated garage until I need them.

I got 20,000 on front and back tires on a 2010 Ultra before replacing. My 2015 limited has 11,500 miles and I sure I'll get 20,000 those tires. I run max. air in my tires and check often. On the pre 2010 touring bikes I never got over 10,000 before changing rear tires and around 15,000 on front tires.

I got 26,XXX on my 2011 FLHTK both front and rear. On my 15 FLHTK I got 16,XXX on rear had it changed due to a split down the middle. Looked like I hit a piece of metal that cut it. I'm at 22,500 on the front and will be changing it around 25,000. I check the air pressure at least once a month 38 psi on front and 41 rear. No cupping
